Emma Weir
|
Emma Weir is one of the founders of Eban. She started her career in executive search in 1985, covering UK equity broking and all aspects of fund management. After establishing offices in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo, Emma believed it was an appropriate time to build her own search firm. In 1995, along with Stephen McAlinden, she established the first Eban office. The rapid success of this office in Hong Kong prompted Emma to return to London in 1997 to set up and manage the second office in Eban’s global presence. Emma personally conducts senior level assignments within asset management. She is also Eban’s global business co-ordinator, having initiated our Tokyo and New York offices.
